Refund Policy

1. The plain version

The test and your pet’s archetype reveal are free. The full Genius Report and member features are a subscription: $0.99 USD today for a 7-day trial, then either $69 USD per year (the default) or $12.99 USD per month — your choice at checkout — auto-renewing until you cancel. You see and confirm this next to the pay button before any charge, and a receipt is emailed for each payment.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your account billing page in about two clicks. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be billed again after that.

3. Refunds

Except where the law requires otherwise, payments for the current period are non-refundable — cancelling simply prevents the next charge. If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or hit a genuine technical problem that stopped you using what you paid for, contact us and we’ll put it right.

Nothing in this policy waives or limits your statutory rights under your local consumer law — for example Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, US state auto-renewal laws, the Australian Consumer Law, or New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act.
